Return Process

  Log into your Musora account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
